Jaclyn Hawkins (left) and Anne Miroir (right), both of Texarkana, dressed in cowboy hats, cowboy boots, and short skirt outfits, standing and sitting at the photographer's island located in front of the State Line Post Office located at 5th Street and State Line Avenue in Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas, and Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas. Hawkins and Miroir attend Texarkana College, in Texas, and are a part of the "Starlet" precision drill team.
